Inert Gas Ovens
Scope of application:
Suitable for high-temperature treatment such as non oxidative drying, curing, welding, annealing, etc. in semiconductors, optoelectronic components, energy raw materials, communication products, electromechanical products, etc.
Packaging testing; All Lead PKG, BGA, MCM; Pre curing and hardening of organic polymer films using photolithography technology; Silver paste solidification, post mold solidification, electroplating annealing; Substrate moisture removal, wafer drying and annealing, etc.
Product features:
1. Sealing design: SUS304 stainless steel plate is used as the inner material, and the entire inner barrel is fully welded with argon arc welding to prevent air from entering the oven and save inert gas;
2. External dustproof treatment: The outer material is SPCC steel plate, which has been washed with soda water and then powder coated with paint;
3. Energy saving: The insulation material is high-density fiber cotton, which has good insulation effect;
4. Layered structure design: The height of the inner box layer board can be adjusted and freely removed;
5. Freedom of movement: The box has movable casters that can be pushed and fixed in any position;
6. Efficient filter: Install high-temperature resistant and efficient filters to obtain a clean baking environment; (Optional)
7. Internal circulation air design: forced air supply for internal circulation to ensure uniform temperature;
8. Design of nitrogen preheating structure;
9. Cold system: equipped with a cooling system, which can reduce waiting time and improve efficiency; (Optional)
